*Masks are currently optional in the salon at this time. you will see various stylists and clients with and without masks in the salon. if you would like your stylist to wear a mask at your appointment, they will be happy to oblige.
cancellation policy:
We kindly ask for at least a forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to canceling or changing an appointment.
48-24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of services booked, charged to the card on file.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the total cost of services booked, charged to the card on file.
No-Call / No-Show: A fee of 100% the total cost of services booked, and future booking privileges may be revoked.
Illness / Emergency (less than 48 hours' notice): Cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of services booked, charged to the card on file. This fee will be credited toward your next appointment with the same service provider and is valid for 12 months. No need to explain—just let us know it’s an illness or emergency. Please call or text us at 352-309-1527 for any late cancellations.
Unpaid Balances: All cancellation fees must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
adjustment policy:
it is extremely important that our clients are happy with their hair after appointments with us. we are happy to make adjustments for free if contacted within 7 days of an appointment if a client is unhappy with the results. this adjustment must be done by the stylist who performed the original service. We do not offer refunds
child policy:
we do not perform services on children under the age of 10 years old. please fill out our new client form if your child is 10y/o or older to facilitate the booking process. IF you are coming to an appointment at goldenrod, please leave your children at home and enjoy your "me" time at the salon. you deserve it!
we do not tolerate hate speech, racism, bigotry, or transphobic language in our space. you will be asked to leave at any point during your service if this occurs.
