I’m a hairdresser of about 18 years and I’m the owner of Goldenrod Parlor. I’ve worked in mostly traditional commission salons until I spent a number of those years as an independent stylist in a suite running a business by myself and building a large and incredible clientele. Finally, I reached a point in my career where I knew that I wanted open a salon that isn’t like most other salons. So I did. I found and hired a bunch of other stylists who are like minded and who want to see the same change as I do in the industry. So here we are, doing things differently in our corner of the industry, making art on cool fucking people.
